EGG CUSTARD

5 EGGS
2/3 CUP SUGAR
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 1/2 CUPS WATER
BEAT EGG YOLKS IN SUGAR UNTIL LLIGHT IN COLOR AND TEXTURE
BEAT EGG WHITES SLIGHTLY AND ADD TO SUGAR MIXTURE AND BEAT TOGETHER,
ADD SALT
STIR IN MILK AND VANILLA TOGETHER AND ADD TO EGG MIXTURE
POUR INTO PASTRY LINED PIN
COOK 20 MINUTES
350 - 400 DEGREE OVEN
