PUMPKIN PIE

2/3 CUP SUGAR
1 TABLESPOON CORN STRACH
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1/2 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER
2 EGGS
1 CUP PUMPKIN
1 CUP MILK
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN BOWL AND BLEND WITH MIXER
POUR INTO 8 INCH UNBAKED PIE CRUST
BAKE 35-45 MINUTES
425 DEGREE OVEN
