1 LARGE CAN PET MILK
1 PACKAGE LEMON JELLO
1 1/4 CUP BOILING WATER
1 CUP SUGAR
1/8 TEASPOON SALT
4 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE AND GRATED RIND OF 1 LEMON
2 1/2 CUPS VANILLA WAFERS CRUMBS
CHILL MILK OVERNITE. DISSOLVE JELLO IN BOILING WATER,
ADD SUGAR, SALT, LEMON JUICE AND RIND.
WHEN CONGEALED SLIGHTLY, WHIP MILK UNTIL STIFF
POUR INTO COOL JELLO MIX
COVER BOTTOM OF PYREX DISH WITH WAX PAPER
PUT IN VANILLA WAFER CRUMBS AND POUR MIXTURE OVER
PUT IN REFRIGERATOR TO CONGEAL OVERNITE
TOP WITH MORE VANILLA CRUMBS
THIS FILLS A LARGE PYREX DISH
WILL SERVE 8 - 10 PEOPLE
