STRAWBERRY SNOWFLAKE PIE

1/2 CUP SUGAR 3/4 CUP WATER-BOILING
2 TABLESPOON AND 2 TEASPOON CORN STRACH
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
2 EGG WHITES
1 10 OZ PACKAGE STRABERRIES
1/2 PINT WHIPPING CREAM
MIX SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH
STIR INTO THE 2/4 CUP BOILING WATER
COOK UNTIL CLEAR, STRRING MOST OF THE TIME
THEN COOL
BEAT EGG WHITES STIFF, STIR INTO COOLED MIXTURE ALITTLE AT A TIME
BEATING ALL THE TIME, PUT IN BAKED COOL PIE SHELL PUT IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNITE
WHEN READY TO EAT, SPREAD WITH STRAWBERRIES AND WHIPPED CREAM
(PUT WHIPPED CREAM ON FIRST AND TOP WITH STRAWBERRIES)
THIS IS SHOWY AND PRETTY FOR PARTIES.
